Introduction

We are pleased about your visit to our website. Since data protection is of great importance to us, we would like to inform you here about possible uses of personal data. It is possible to view our website without providing personal data, but under certain circumstances (e.g. contacting us by e-mail) data is processed that can be attributed to your person.

This data protection declaration explains how this data is processed, what the legal basis is and what rights you have. The legal basis for this data protection declaration is the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the European Data Protection Basic Regulation (GDPR).
You are welcome to contact us personally for further information, either electronically or by telephone.

You will find all necessary information for contacting us in the imprint.

The legislator requires the possibility of quick electronic contact, you can do this via the email address published here.
The email you send is automatically stored and thus also personal data voluntarily provided by you (e.g. name, telephone number, email address) in order to be able to answer your inquiry. Your personal data will not be forwarded without your consent.
If there is no longer a need for storage or if legally prescribed storage periods expire, then personal data is routinely deleted.
Please note that e-mails have the character of an electronic postcard and can possibly be read by third parties during data transmission. Therefore, please do not send any information via this channel that is very intimate or health-related. If you do not want to take this risk, you are welcome to contact us by telephone.

To protect your transmitted data in the best possible way, the website operators use SSL encryption. You can recognise such encrypted connections by the prefix "https://" in the page link in the address line of your browser. Unencrypted pages are marked by "http://". Most browsers also display a green closed padlock symbol in the address line when SSL encryption is correct.

All data which you transmit to this website - for example in case of inquiries or logins - cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

What personal data is collected regularly, even just by viewing the site?

This website automatically collects and stores a number of general data, which are transmitted to us by your browser and stores them in so-called server log files.

Recordable are:

- Browser type/version,
- the operating system used,
- Subpages of this website that are visited,
- Referrer URL (the previously visited page),
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
- Date and time of the server request,
- the Internet service provider of the accessing system

The legal basis for the collection of data is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in the collection of data for the reasons mentioned above.

In addition to the above-mentioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Further functions and offers of our website/integration of contents and offers of third parties (plug-ins, web analysis tools, marketing tools)

    Social media plug-ins.

In addition to the purely informational elements of our website, our website also contains content from third-party providers, so-called plug-ins. Such plug-ins are important for the distribution of our content, they have become a standard in the media world. We also use these services from other providers to present you with interesting and useful content. When you surf our pages, our servers record your IP address and other technical information (see point 3 above) such as browser, operating system etc. The plug-in also records this data. If you are registered with a social network or service provider (e.g. Google), the provider can assign your surfing behaviour to the profile stored there. If you want to avoid this, you should always log out from the social network or service provider. In addition, the providers can set so-called cookies on your device, with which they can log your surfing behavior and recognize the device you used while surfing. We have already described how you can switch off or delete cookies above under point 2.

    Details of individual providers:

Under the following links you can find out about the respective data protection notices of the providers, how they collect your data and how they handle your data.

Use of web analysis tools

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymisation on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) available under the following link.

You can find more information on terms of use and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" in order to guarantee an anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP-Masking).

  1. Integration of Google Maps

On this website, we use the offer of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps on the website and enables you to use the map function conveniently.

By visiting the website, Google receives, among other things, the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under point 2 of this declaration is transmitted to Google, regardless of whether you are logged in to a Google user account. If you are logged in to a Google user account, your data will be assigned directly to this account. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its own website.

You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles.  To exercise your right of objection you must contact Google directly.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's data protection declarations. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

    2. Use of Google AdWords or other advertising media

Google AdWords

We use Google AdWords on our website. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). The purpose of Google AdWords is to promote our website by displaying search engine results in the Google search engine. If a user clicks on a Google ad and thereby reaches our website, so-called conversion cookies are set. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. The conversion cookie enables us and Google to track how many visitors came to our site via the Google Ad-Words ad.

The setting of cookies by our website can be prevented by making the appropriate settings in your browser. There you can also delete set cookies at any time or activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie. If you use these settings to prevent the setting of cookies, it is possible that not all functions of our website can be used to their full extent. You will find further explanations on cookies in section 2, above.

Furthermore, the person concerned has the opportunity to object to personalised advertising by Google. To do so, the person concerned must call up the link www.google.de/settings/ads from each of the Internet browsers he or she uses and make the desired settings there.

You can also install a browser plugin that allows you to easily enable or disable Google's personalised advertising by simply going to the advertising settings. You can read more about this plug-in here: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=de

Further information and Google's applicable privacy policy can be found at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Should you discover illegal content, in particular with regard to copyright regulations, we request that you contact us directly in person without the need to pay for legal assistance. This is not necessary, as we assure you that in the case of a justified claim we will take remedial action immediately upon first request and remove the questionable content.
